I had been suffering from occassional colicky abdominal pain due to kidney stones for quite sometime,which got aggravated during my vacation to God’s own country- Kerala,India. Kerala is famous for its wealth of herbs and medicinal plants. I consulted a local Ayurveda practitioner who advised me to take 30 ml / one ounce of banana stem extract three times a day preferably empty stomach/ four hours after meals. Merely one week of treatment worked wonders for me and now I am free from all aliments, that too, naturally and without any surgical interventions!
